Our client, a well established UAE Group with diversified business interest is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate as the Head of its Medical Services division. The Company is looking to expand its Medical Services footprint and is looking for a candidate to spearhead this process. The successful incumbent will be a qualified business professional with minimum 10 years of experience in a large and comprehensive healthcare services organization; such experience must have included responsibility for planning and directing budget, personnel, fiscal, supply and other administrative functions of the organization as well as directing line functions. Job Responsibilities include: • Overall management of the clinic and its operations with profit centre responsibility • Grow the medical services into a major vertical and hence expand its foot print in the UAE market • Key Account Management • Effective internal and external customer relation management • Manage operational and fiscal activities of the department to include: staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals • Knowledge and experience in revenue generating strategies development and successful implementation • Demonstrate ability to establish and maintain liaison and work effectively with local regulatory bodies, ministry of health Candidate must be conversant with the Health Care Industry and its best practice both strategically and operationally. Candidate with UAE/ GCC experience in the Health Care Industry would be preferred.
